Health Tip: Take 5 minutes for prayerful deep breathing
Week 3 - Oct. 19th
Theme: Strength for the Journey
Scripture: Isaiah 40:31
Reflection: Renew your strength through healthy living.
Health Tip: Move 30 minutes a day - walk, dance or garden.
Week 4 - Oct. 26th
Theme: Food for the Soul and the Body
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10:31
Reflection: Eat and drink to the glory of God.
Health Tip: Add one fruit or vegetable to each meal.

Theme: Wisdom in Wellness
